Equity is preserved in Article III of the United States Constitution and recognized in every common law jurisdiction worldwide. It operates through a commercial process of acceptance and discharge rather than argument or litigation. Where conventional law asks what the rules say, Equity asks what honor and conscience require. Standing on the Rock teaches students how to apply this framework to IRS notices, court cases, debt obligations, and a wide range of commercial situations — producing results that the conventional legal system was not designed to deliver.

Is this sovereign citizen or patriot content under a different name?

No — and the distinction is not a technicality. Sovereign citizen and patriot approaches challenge the system's authority, file UCC financing statements on themselves, copyright their names, and argue that certain obligations do not apply to them. These approaches fail consistently — sometimes with serious legal consequences for the practitioner. Equity jurisprudence does none of this. It does not argue. It does not challenge jurisdiction. It does not fight the system. It holds the system accountable to the obligations the system itself created — through honor rather than adversarial posture. Many of our students came to us after patriot processes made their situations worse. Equity produced different results because it is a fundamentally different approach.

Is this religious teaching?

Honor with Equity is not a religious course — but it does have a faith foundation. Equity jurisprudence is grounded in natural law and the law of conscience, which JD and Margaret Swan connect to scripture throughout the teaching. Matthew 5:25 — agree with your adversary quickly — is presented as the acceptance process written two thousand years before the UCC. Students of all faith backgrounds and no faith background have completed the course and produced results. The commercial framework stands independently of the faith foundation. The faith dimension is present throughout the teaching and is not hidden — but it is not a requirement for the process to work.

The principles of Equity jurisprudence are grounded in natural law — not in any single nation's statute — and they apply wherever common law has a foothold. Country-specific instruction is included in every series covering the CRA (Canada), ATO (Australia), HMRC (United Kingdom), Revenue (Ireland), and IRD (New Zealand). Students in all seven countries have produced results with their national tax agencies and courts.

How is this different from what an attorney does?

An attorney works within the statutory and adversarial framework — filing motions, arguing positions, negotiating settlements, and challenging the system on its own terms. This approach can produce results but it creates controversy, generates fees, and rarely closes accounts entirely. Equity jurisprudence operates in a different jurisdiction entirely — one that most attorneys were never taught in law school. Rather than arguing, Equity accepts the commercial presentment correctly and returns it through the proper process. The outcome is not a reduced balance or a negotiated settlement — it is an account closure. The IRS Letter 96C — no further action required — is the written confirmation of that closure. No attorney produces this letter through conventional practice.

Honor with Equity is the foundational course covering the Equity process as applied to IRS notices, state tax agencies, court cases, wage garnishments, credit cards, hospital bills, and a wide range of commercial obligations. The Equity Trust System is the advanced course covering the trust structure that protects what Equity reclaims — asset protection, privacy, and the legal architecture that makes the remedy permanent. Most students take Honor with Equity first and return for the Equity Trust System after completing it.

Do I have to take Honor with Equity before The Equity Trust System?

Yes. Honor with Equity is the foundation. The Equity Trust System builds on concepts taught in Honor with Equity and cannot be applied correctly without that foundation. Students who attempt the trust course without completing Honor with Equity first find the material significantly harder to follow and apply. We strongly recommend completing Honor with Equity in full before enrolling in the Equity Trust System.

How long is each course?

Honor with Equity runs for 13 weeks with one live session per week. Each session is approximately two to three hours. The Equity Trust System also runs for 13 weeks on the same format. Students have access to pre-recorded modules immediately upon enrollment and can begin studying before the first live session.

What if I miss a live session?

Every live session is recorded and made available in the student portal within a short time after the session ends. Students who miss a session can watch the full recording at their own pace. The student community allows students to ask questions between sessions and get feedback from fellow students and the coaching team.

Alumni are automatically registered for future live series and can attend live sessions at no additional cost as long as the course continues to run.

Results vary significantly based on the type of matter, the student's commitment to applying the process correctly, and the specific agency or court involved. Some students receive initial responses within weeks of applying the process. Others work through a matter over several months. IRS matters have produced 96C letters — no further action required — in as little as a few months. Court cases have been discharged before trial. There is no guaranteed timeline. The process requires learning, application, and patience. Students who commit fully and apply the process without deviation consistently report resolution.

What we can say is that students who complete all course tools without mixing the Equity process with other approaches — sovereign citizen filings, patriot processes, UCC financing statements, or conventional legal representation — have consistently reported resolution. Students who mix approaches or apply the process incompletely have produced inconsistent results. The process works when it is applied correctly and completely. This is why we have a 13-week course rather than a weekend seminar.

The Equity process must be applied purely — without mixing it with sovereign citizen approaches, patriot processes, UCC filings on yourself, or conventional legal representation on the same matter. Mixing approaches creates controversy that undermines the Equity process and has produced negative outcomes for students who have tried it.
