How the Course Works.
The Equity Trust System is a live course of 12 class and workshop sessions, taught by JD Swan personally. Each session moves between teaching and hands-on workshop — drafting documents, walking through conveyances, and working real examples together.
Students receive pre-recorded foundational material to absorb at their own pace, and join the private group where JD, Margaret, and the Standing on the Rock team answer questions throughout the course.
Workshops address individual student situations — your assets, your structure, your questions — so what you leave with is something you can actually use.
Alumni retain access to all course recordings and may attend every future iteration of The Equity Trust System at no additional cost.
