    Why this matters to you

Owner-operators learn logbooks, maintenance, and freight rates. Nobody trains them for the IRS notice, the lien on the truck, or the collection lawsuit.

JD teaches the Equity branch of law, education-first, so drivers know how to respond in honor instead of panic.

This conversation gives independent drivers a calm plan for when the pressure comes.

    About JD Swan

JD was a systems engineer who lost his career to a mandate. He spent a year in the oldest branch of American law, Equity, and built a teaching ministry, Standing on the Rock, with his wife Margaret. His students are in every US state and seven countries, and their resolution letters are shown with personal details redacted.

Education only. No outcome promises. JD says so on air.
